CONSTITUTION
The 'group' shall appoint from within its membership a Chairperson, a Secretary and Treasurer
Chair person: Agnes Fanning;
Secretary: Sharon Aldridge-Bent
Treasurer & Membership Secretary: Virginia Radcliffe
Policy Lead: Judith Parsons
The election of these office bearers shall take place every three years. An office bearer maybe
eligable for re-election for one further term of office.
The 'group' may appoint a Vice-Chairperson from within ots membership - the person so appointed
shall hold for one year and maybe eligable for re-appointment.
The 'group' shall normally meet twice a year of which one meeting will be the Annual General
Meeting. Observers maybe invited to attend any one of these meetings.
Sub-groups maybe created to specific projectsand will meet as appropriate.
Each member shall pay an annual subscription to the Treasurer. This payment will be made normally
at the Annual General Meeting. The group will review the amount to be paid from time to time.
